• Financial and administrative corruption in the illegal exploitation of financial resources or administrative organization.
• Violation of rules, regulations, instructions and policies that must be followed. Any violation of the law or instructions issued by the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia in one of the relevant authorities.
• Violation of the Code of Conduct or conduct that is unethical, illegal, dishonest or fraudulent.
• Manipulating numbers of sales of financing products or numbers of amounts collected to achieve the goals set to obtain incentives or rewards.
• Accepting incentives from others outside the company in return for providing any work on preferential terms.
• Any kind of violation of public and Islamic morals and traditions.
• Unsafe practices such as violations of the environment, health and safety in the workplace or cause risks of harm or pose a threat to the safety of others.
