• Includes employees and retired Saudis.
• Age of applicant must be between 21 and 60.
• Minimum salary of 3400.
• The minimum financing amount is not less than 10,000 riyals, and the maximum financing amount is half a million riyals.
• The service period is at least 6 months for the private sector and at least 3 months for the governmental/semi-governmental sector.
• The APR ranges between 20% – 39% and varies according to financing amount and repayment period.
• The repayment period ranges from 6 months to 60 months.
• The percentage of salary deduction is up to 45%.
