Mr. Salman Hassan Al Afaleq

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tamweel Aloula. Hold’s a Bachelor’s in Management Industrial from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (1987), he serves as a Partner and Board Member of Al-Kifah Holding Company and AlKifah Education Company. He also was a Credit and Risk Committee Member at Tamweel Aloula as well as, he chaired Al-Kifah Precast, Building Materials, Paper Products, Green Vision, and Infection Control companies. He is active in community service as Vice Chairman of the national ready-mix concrete committee and a board member of various charitable organizations.

Mr. Saleh Hassan Al Afaleq

Managing Director of Tamweel Aloula and Board Member of Alkifah Holding. He holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Seattle Pacific University. He has held several Managerial positions during his career, including Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Ahsa Chamber of Commerce, vice president of the counsel of the Saudi chambers and Member of the Shura Council. He is currently a Board Member of Noor Capital and Vice Chairman and Board Member of Takween Advanced Industries Company.

Mr. Giel-Jan M. Van Der Tol

Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Nyenrode Business University and a Master’s degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He held several managerial and board positions in a number of banks around the world such as Alawwal Bank (previously known as Saudi Hollandi Bank) and ABN AMRO Bank. He also served as a Member of the Group Executive Committee of Emirates NBD Bank, CEO and Managing Director of Emirates NBD Egypt, CEO of Dubai Bank, and Managing Director of Tier One Capital.

Mr. Adel Mallawi

Board member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Tamweel Aloula , a seasoned banker with an extensive C-level executive experience that extends over 28 years within the financial industry. He has held leadership positions within the industry such as Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of Global Markets at the Saudi Fransi Bank. He is currently a certified director and diploma holder from the GCCBDI and served on various boards. He’s been the chairman of the board of SAKAN real estate financing company, board member and chairman of the Investment Committee of Allianz Saudi Fransi, board member and chairman of the Audit committee of SNS company, member of the Investment Committee at Umm Al-Qura University and member of the Executive and Audit committees at Saudi Fransi Capital (SFC) and Chairman of the Risk Committee at Tweeq.

Mr. Ibrahim Saleh Aldakheel

Member of the Board of Directors – Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Tamweel-aloula. An experienced Governance executive in both corporate, public sector, and board governance. Currently the Executive Director of Governance in Health Holding Co. and a member of Nominations & Remunerations Committee in a listed company. He previously held a leadership role in the Ministry of Culture Governance, Risk and Compliance Deputyship, and also within the Public Investment Fund (PIF) portfolio companies governance team, in addition to various roles in the domain of Human Resources at large entities such as AXA Cooperative Insurance, Bank Saudi Fransi, and Saudi Binladin. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University Boston and various certifications in governance, risk and compliance, and leadership development.
