Delete Account
You can delete your Tamweel Aloula account directly from the mobile application. This page explains the steps only. Account deletion is not available on this website.
How to delete your account

Open the Tamweel Aloula mobile application.

Log in to your account.

Go to your Profile / Account section.

Select Delete Account.

Follow the instructions shown in the application to confirm the deletion.
Account deletion removes your account and associated data according to Tamweel Aloula’s applicable policies and legal requirements. After you confirm the request in the app, our customer service team may contact you to complete the process.
