What should I do if I am involved in an accident?<\/strong><br>You should contact Najm or the Traffic Department to obtain an accident report, then contact the insurance company to submit your claim.<br><br><strong>4. What type of insurance is provided for vehicles?<\/strong><br>Comprehensive insurance.<br><br><strong>5. What is meant by partial damage?<\/strong><br>Partial damage refers to damage to the vehicle resulting from an accident or any other cause that can be repaired, provided that the repair cost does not exceed 60% of the vehicle&#8217;s value. The applicable percentage may range between 50% and 60%, depending on the insurance policy. If the repair cost exceeds the approved percentage, the insurance company will classify the vehicle as a total loss.<br><br><strong>6. The insurance compensation has been transferred. When will it be paid to me?<\/strong><br>The insurance compensation will be paid after deducting any outstanding amounts. Any remaining balance will be disbursed if the compensation amount is less than SAR 5,000.<br><br><strong>7. I would like to file a court claim for compensation for damages. What is the procedure?<\/strong><br>You can submit your request by visiting any Tamweel Aloula branch along with the required documents, or by contacting Customer Care and sending the required documents to Tamweel Aloula&#8217;s designated email address. Which party is responsible for determining whether a vehicle is a total loss?<\/strong><br>Only the insurance company is authorized to assess and approve whether a vehicle is considered a total loss.<br><br><strong>11. What does &#8220;total loss settlement&#8221; mean?<\/strong><br>It is the settlement of the financing contract by deducting the customer&#8217;s remaining installments after applying the insurance compensation, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Central Bank.<br><br><strong>12. My vehicle has been declared a total loss. Does this mean my financing contract is cancelled?<\/strong><br>The financing contract will be closed in accordance with the insurance settlement.<br><br><strong>13. Who is responsible for the vehicle&#8217;s periodic maintenance?<\/strong><br>The lessee (customer) is responsible for the vehicle&#8217;s periodic maintenance.<br><br><strong>14. Can I request a replacement vehicle if my vehicle is damaged?<\/strong><br>You may request this additional insurance benefit and pay the applicable fee through the insurance company or broker during the policy period. This benefit cannot be added after the vehicle has been damaged.<br><br><strong>15. Can I choose the insurance company?<\/strong><br>The insurance broker obtains at least three insurance quotations each year and presents them to the customer. The customer selects the preferred option based on the repair type and deductible amount when signing the contract.<br><br><strong>16. Who is entitled to receive the insurance compensation?<\/strong><br>The beneficiary is the lessee (customer), after deducting any outstanding installments, if applicable, and completing the vehicle repair.<br><br><strong>17. What are insurance benefits?<\/strong><br>Insurance benefits include a replacement vehicle, an additional driver, and geographical coverage extension.<br><br><strong>18. Am I required to pay any amount if an accident occurs?<\/strong><br>Yes. You may be required to pay the deductible if you are found partially responsible for the accident, as well as any applicable vehicle depreciation charges.<br><br><strong>19. Who is responsible for renewing the vehicle registration (Istimarah)?<\/strong><br>The lessee (customer) is responsible for renewing the vehicle registration.<br><br><strong>20.
